The Greening School for Sustainable Communities project is a school-based project that engages students in hands-on learning about sustainability and environmental stewardship
Project Summary
It will be implemented in 100 Rwandan schools, including Primary, Secondary and Universities.The project provides students with opportunities to learn about the environment and how to protect it, while also teaching them about the importance of community involvement.
The project includes a variety of activities, such as planting trees and gardens, conducting energy audits, and creating recycling and composting programs. The project also provides students with opportunities to learn about sustainable agriculture, alternative energy sources, and green building practices.
